By booking this trial service, the customer agrees to the following terms:

1. Eligibility & Service Area

• Valid ABN Required: This offer is strictly available to registered businesses with a valid Australian Business Number.

• New Customers Only: Limit of one (1) free trial redemption per business entity/location.

• Local Focus: Pickup and delivery address must be within the 3024 postcode (Mambourin, Manor Lakes, Wyndham Vale).

2. Volume & Overage The free trial covers up to 7kg of dry laundry (approximately one full medium laundry bag). Orders exceeding 7kg may be subject to a surcharge at our standard rate ($3/kg) or the excess items may be returned unwashed at FreshFleet's discretion.

3. Inclusions & Exclusions

• Standard Washables Only: Service applies to machine-washable fabrics (cotton, polyester, blends).

• Exclusions: No Dry Cleaning, leather care, or specialized treatment.

• Safety: We reserve the right to refuse items heavily soiled with industrial grease, hazardous chemicals, biological waste, or mold to protect our machinery.

4. Scheduling & Logistics Pickup and delivery windows will be confirmed upon booking. Items must be bagged and ready for collection at the agreed time. "Next Day" delivery is subject to slot availability.

5. Liability FreshFleet adheres to strict care standards; however, we are not responsible for normal wear and tear or shrinkage of fabrics that are not tumble-dry safe. Please separate any delicate items or notify us prior to pickup.
